What we publish
The content on this site falls into two categories. The first describes what QubitPilot itself actually does - the features, docs and help articles. The second is general explanatory content about Indian legal and CA practice, such as what a CNR number is or how GST invoicing works.
The first category is checked against the product. The second is general information, not legal or tax advice, and we say so directly on any page where it applies.
How we check accuracy
Every claim about what QubitPilot does or doesn't do is checked against the current dashboard and API code before it's published, not written from memory or general marketing language. When a feature changes, the page describing it is checked again and updated to match.
General explanatory content about court procedure, GST rules or similar topics is written carefully, but it isn't a substitute for professional advice, and we say that explicitly wherever it's relevant rather than leaving it implied.
Who reviews it
At this stage, content is reviewed by Harsh Kalia, who also works on the product itself, before anything is published. QubitPilot is a small team right now, and we'd rather say that plainly than imply a formal editorial board that doesn't exist yet. This process will grow as the team does.
How often we revisit it
Content is re-checked when the feature it describes changes, rather than on a fixed calendar schedule we can't realistically guarantee yet. A page describing a part of the product that hasn't changed isn't stale just because time has passed - but if the product moves, the page describing it is updated to match.
Corrections
If something on this site is wrong - a claim that no longer matches the product, a broken description of a workflow, anything - tell us through the contact form. We check it against the product directly and fix it, rather than taking it on faith or leaving it as-is.
