Hearings - synced automatically, both ways.
Once connected, hearings you add in QubitPilot from then on appear on your Google Calendar on their own, and changes made either side sync back. Tasks and deadlines don't sync. Each person connects their own calendar (Owners and Admins can by default), and it's entirely optional - nobody is required to use it if they'd rather work from the in-app calendar alone.

Subscription billing for your plan, and client invoice payment tracking.
Your workspace subscription is billed through Razorpay automatically once your trial ends. Client invoices you raise in QubitPilot track their payment status the same way. Every payment notification is checked to confirm it genuinely came from Razorpay before QubitPilot acts on it, so a payment status can't be faked by a fraudulent request.
Subscription billing is active automatically from Settings → Billing & plan - no separate setup needed.
