Acceptance
By accessing or using Qubit Pilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for managing access granted to your workspace.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and confidentiality of information you submit to the service. You must obtain required permissions from clients, colleagues, and other individuals before entering their information into Qubit Pilot.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Qubit Pilot to violate law, infringe rights, distribute harmful code, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape data, or access another user's workspace without authorization.
AI Disclaimer
AI-assisted features may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable output. They are provided as productivity tools and are not legal advice, a substitute for professional judgment, or a guarantee of any legal outcome. You must review and validate all AI-generated content before relying on it.
Google Calendar Integration
Google Calendar integration is optional. By connecting it, you authorize Qubit Pilot to access and process the calendar data necessary for the features you select. You may revoke access through Qubit Pilot settings or your Google account. Your use remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
Qubit Pilot, its software, branding, and service content are owned by Qubit Pilot or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You retain rights in your content, and grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display it to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qubit Pilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You may stop using Qubit Pilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights, or where these terms are materially breached. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or business practices. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
