- No. QubitPilot manages your practice — engagements, documents, deadlines, billing. It records GST on invoices and holds client GSTINs; it is not a return-filing utility and does not replace your compliance software.
- Does using QubitPilot raise any ICAI issue?
- No. QubitPilot is practice-management software, not an accounting or filing system. Your professional obligations to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) are yours to meet as a member — nothing in the product is designed to work around them.
- Can I use it alongside my existing accounting software?
- Yes, and most practices do. QubitPilot is the practice layer — who the client is, what work is open, what is due, what has been billed — not the ledger.

- Can we keep files in our own bucket?
- Yes. On Growth and above you can connect your own Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3 bucket from Settings → Storage. New files are written there; nothing leaves your bucket, and the plan's storage limit no longer applies.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. New workspaces get 15 days free on any plan with full access. You authorise auto-debit up front, and the plan renews after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Which plan do I need?

- Does QubitPilot give legal or tax advice?
- No. It is practice-management software. The assistant drafts and answers from your own documents, cites the passage it read, says so when the answer is not in your files, and nothing it produces changes your workspace without your approval. Professional judgement stays with you.
- Where is my data stored?
- QubitPilot is hosted on servers in Mumbai, India. From the Growth plan up you can connect your own Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3 bucket, and new documents are written there. Access is by role, down to the action, and every change and every AI action is in the audit log.
