How QubitPilot actually works
One page per module, written against the real product - what each field does, what’s a separate step, and what to expect when something isn’t obvious from the screen.
Practice essentials
- ClientsHow to add, verify, and manage clients in QubitPilot, including required tax fields and the cross-links to their cases, invoices, and documents.
- CasesHow matters are created and tracked in QubitPilot, including why case creation has no CNR field and how Smart Fill and team assignment work.
- TasksHow to create, assign, and track tasks in QubitPilot, including why assignment is a separate step from creating a task.
- CalendarThe calendar tracks court hearings only: every event on it is a hearing tied to a case, not a general-purpose scheduling tool.
- BillingCreate GST-aware invoices against a client and case, record payments against them, and track what's outstanding. Invoices cannot be edited once created.
Court Intelligence
AI & automation
- AssistantThe full-page AI chat that can look up and change workspace records under a mode you control, with every write pausing for approval.
- CanvasCollaborative rich-text notes with real-time multi-user editing and an inline AI autocomplete you can turn on while you write.
- KnowledgeUpload documents or paste text to build a retrieval index the assistant can search and cite when answering questions.
- AutomationsSaved or ad-hoc AI agent workflows that run when you start them, on a schedule, or when something happens in the workspace, with an approval policy you control per automation.
- ApprovalsThe inbox of every AI or automation action waiting on a human decision: approve or reject, nothing runs without you.
- AI ToolsA read-only observatory of every agent run and every capability the AI can use: the audit trail, not where decisions happen.
