What's in the settings rail
Profile and Notifications are personal to you. Billing & plan, WhatsApp, and AI policy are workspace-level; Google Calendar is your own connection in this workspace. All four are only shown if your role has the corresponding permission. Activity ledger is the workspace's audit log.

WhatsApp is status-only here
The WhatsApp page shows whether your workspace is connected and whether the token is valid. It is not a self-serve connect flow. Provisioning or changing the connected WhatsApp Business number is done by the QubitPilot team directly, not from this screen.
AI policy sets the workspace default
AI policy is where the workspace's default approval posture is configured (auto, review writes, or review all), along with a daily AI budget, lists of tools that are always auto-allowed or always require review, and a toggle for whether the agent can use web search. This is the same underlying policy that the Approvals inbox's 'Always allow for workspace' button changes, and that the Assistant's mode switch reads from.
How to
How to check or change the workspace's AI approval policy
- Open Settings → AI policy (requires the settings-manage permission).
- Review the default approval posture, daily AI budget, and the auto-allow / always-review tool lists.
- Adjust and save. This changes the default every automation, chat, and approval decision in the workspace is measured against.
Good to know
- Team Members and Roles are not in this settings rail at all. They live under the header's 'More' menu, treated as workspace administration rather than personal settings. See Roles & permissions for what every permission does.
- Because WhatsApp connection here is status-only, don't expect a 'Connect' button. Contact QubitPilot directly to provision or change the number.
