Is there a free trial?: Yes — 15 days on any plan, with full access. You authorise auto-debit when you start, and the plan renews automatically after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
What does yearly billing save?: Yearly is priced at ten months for twelve, so it saves roughly 17% against paying monthly.
Can I change plan later?: Yes. You can move up or down from the billing page in your workspace; nothing needs migrating between tiers.
What happens if I cancel?: Your workspace stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full on the refund policy page.
Are there any charges beyond the plan price?: The plan price covers the product. Where you connect WhatsApp, Meta's own messaging charges are billed by Meta and are separate. Taxes apply as applicable.
Do all plans include the AI assistant?: Yes. Every plan includes it; what changes with the tier is the monthly AI credit allowance (a credit is roughly 10,000 words of Fast-tier work; a typical Balanced reply is about 2.5 credits), plus the workspace, user, matter, client, storage and automation limits.
Can we keep files in our own bucket?: Yes. On Growth and above you can connect your own Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3 bucket from Settings → Storage. New files are written there; nothing leaves your bucket, and the plan's storage limit no longer applies.
