Drafts live in Canvas, a collaborative editor where two people can work in the same document at once. The assistant drafts into it; you edit it like any other document.

- Does QubitPilot give legal advice?
- No. QubitPilot is a practice-management tool. The assistant drafts, summarises and retrieves from your own workspace data. It does not provide legal advice, and every output must be reviewed by a qualified professional before it is used or relied on.
- Is my client data used to train AI models?
- Your workspace data is used to answer your own queries. It is not a training corpus. The privacy policy sets out which sub-processors are involved in delivering the feature.
- Can I turn the AI features off?
- Yes. AI behaviour is configurable per workspace under Settings, including approval policy, and roles control who can use it.
- What stops it from inventing a citation?
- Grounding in your own documents plus human approval before anything is acted on. That said, no AI system is immune to error — treat every output as a draft to be verified, which is exactly how the approvals step is designed to be used.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. New workspaces get 15 days free on any plan with full access. You authorise auto-debit up front, and the plan renews after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Which plan do I need?

- Does QubitPilot give legal or tax advice?
- No. It is practice-management software. The assistant drafts and answers from your own documents, cites the passage it read, says so when the answer is not in your files, and nothing it produces changes your workspace without your approval. Professional judgement stays with you.
- Where is my data stored?
- QubitPilot is hosted on servers in Mumbai, India. From the Growth plan up you can connect your own Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3 bucket, and new documents are written there. Access is by role, down to the action, and every change and every AI action is in the audit log.
