Is my client data safe?

Yes. Workspaces are isolated per firm, access inside a workspace is role-based, traffic is encrypted, and every sensitive action is written to an audit ledger. Backups are taken as part of routine operations.

Does the AI act on its own?

Only within the boundaries you set in the AI control room. By default anything that changes records pauses for human approval; money and permission changes always pause.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes — invite members from Settings → Team members and control what each role can see and do. Plans include a seat allowance.

How does billing work?

Subscriptions bill through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) monthly or yearly and renew automatically. Cancel any time; see the refund policy.

Can I get my data out?

Every register exports to CSV, and you can request a full workspace export at any time.

Do you support courts outside India?

QubitPilot is designed around Indian practice — eCourts CNR lookup, Indian billing formats and GST fields — though the core workspace works anywhere.
