Go to Settings → Workspaces and press the delete icon next to a workspace you own. Only the workspace's owner can delete it — an Admin role is not enough. Deleting is immediate and permanent: the workspace's clients, cases, tasks, documents and invoices are deleted at once and cannot be recovered or downloaded afterwards, so the dialog offers "Export all data" first — a zip of every workspace you own — and asks you to type "I have downloaded my data" before you can continue. You then type the workspace's name exactly and confirm with your password or a passkey. Members lose access straight away and see a notice that the workspace was closed by its owner; they keep their own accounts and any other workspaces. If the workspace holds your plan and billing and you have other workspaces, you choose which one the plan moves to (the oldest by default); your subscription carries on there on the same payment method and renewal date. If it is your only workspace, the subscription is cancelled and will not be charged again. If your other workspaces are all archived, unarchive one first. The download link works for 7 days from when the export is ready, any number of times; you can make up to 3 exports a day, and each one is a complete copy. A workspace cannot be deleted while your export is still being prepared, while a payment is in progress, or while it is suspended. Your other workspaces are not affected.
