How to add a matter and link it to a CNR number

Two separate steps. First, create the matter normally — title, client, and other details. The matter creation form has no CNR field. Once the matter exists, link a CNR to it separately through Court Intelligence using the linkInternalCase function. These are intentionally two steps, not one.
