Each person connects their own Google Calendar via OAuth, separately in each workspace they belong to — there is no single workspace-wide calendar connection. By default only Owners and Admins can connect; other roles need the permission granted. Only hearings sync — tasks and deadlines do not. A new hearing goes to the Google Calendar of the person who created it, and later edits keep going to that calendar, whoever makes them. Hearings that existed before you connected are not pushed to Google. Sync is two-way: changes to the title, time or notes made in Google come back to QubitPilot, usually within a few minutes. Deleting the event in Google marks the hearing cancelled in QubitPilot — the hearing is not deleted. New events created in Google are imported as hearings when QubitPilot can match them to a case (by case number or exact case name) or a default case and hearing type are set; otherwise they wait in a review queue to be imported or dismissed. All-day and repeating Google events are never imported. You can disconnect at any time — this affects only your own connection, removes the events QubitPilot created from your Google Calendar, and leaves events that came from Google in place.
